$30,000 Design Credits + Finished Basements

Sign agreements for a to-be-built signature series home at Porches of Allenberry and receive $30,000 that can be applied toward Design Studio Personal Choices and a Free Finished Basement. Design Studio credit is applied on the design addendum. Finished basement includes up to 500 square feet per basement plan. Basement will be finished using Garman Included Features as listed for the basement on the Personal Choice List. Discount for basement is applied at time of contract. Agreements for a to-be-built home must be signed on or before 3/31/2025. Settlement date must be within 9 months of agreement date.  Prior sales excluded. Buyer(s) must use Contractor’s preferred lender(s) for mortgage (cash agreements are exempt from this lender condition).  Buyer(s) must use Contractor's preferred settlement company(s) for the title work. Not applicable to non-owner occupied purchases. Offer may be cancelled anytime without notice and may not be combined with any other offers. Excludes custom homes.
